Siberia? It's been a pretty miserable spring, weather-wise. But we did have a tantalizing break in the gloom last week, during which I snapped a shot of my front yard and its lovely carpet of Siberian Squill.

How fitting that a plant native to a notoriously intemperate region does so well here.
